Raelene is a clinical specialist in hand therapy and has been practicing hand and upper limb therapy for the last seventeen years. She qualified as an occupational therapist at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa in 1996. She worked in private practice in South Africa in 2000 and since then has been working in the United Kingdom at St Mary's Hospital, Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital and Mount Vernon Hospital.

She has extensive experience in the treatment and rehabilitation in adults and children with complex hand and wrist injuries following trauma as well as elective surgery and acquired conditions. For the last thirteen years she has been working at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital where she is a clinical specialist and extended scope practitioner in hand therapy.

Raelene is dedicated to continuous professional development and is passionate about staying abreast of new developments and researching her area of practice. She enjoys working in the private sector where she can help optimise functional outcomes for patients while providing excellent goal orientated care.

Sally is a Clinical Specialist in Hand Therapy and has over 15 years of experience in Hand and Upper Limb specialist therapy.

Sally is also a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), one of only six in the UK, achieving certification by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (USA) in 2007. A Certified Hand Therapist is a world recognised distinguished credential demonstrating a dedicated therapist who has met the highest standard of proficiency, and is recognised as a benchmark for excellence in advanced specialty of Hand Therapy.

Sally has previously established and managed her own Hand Therapy private practice in Australia, and has worked at a number of leading Hand Therapy units in London including The Royal London Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, and St Georges Hospital.

Sally was also involved in the innovative 'One-Stop Carpal Tunnel Clinic', a UK first, run through Charing Cross Hospital in association with Professor Jagdeep Nanchahal. Sally is a trained NeuroMetrix Nerve Conduction Study clinician.

Sally has a passion for hand therapy and injury problem solving and strongly believes providing an exceptional quality of care, with a focus on a return to full capacity.

She provides complete personalised care, using innovative approaches that draw on her extensive knowledge and experience.

Victoria Pitcher

Victoria became a chartered physiotherapist from Oxford Brookes University and continued her studies to masters level at King's College London to become a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, one of 1100 specialist physiotherapist in the UK.

Victoria has spent career in the private sector with several years in West Sussex working in a sport clinic and for the Fire Fighters Charity at a rehabilitation centre, returning people to a high level of physical fitness and function after various injuries.

Her special interest in hand and upper limb injury has lead her to work with a variety of sports people including recreational and competitive racket sports, swimmers, triathletes and rowers and was fortunate to work with the Oxford University Women's light weight rowing team.

Along with her sport interests Victoria has furthered her knowledge of the neuroscience of pain so is also well equipped to address the multifactorial nature of persistent and complex pain. Victoria has experience with treating injuries of all body parts and has a very holistic approach taking the whole person, their biomechanics, lifestyle and priorities into consideration. She has also trained in Clinical Pilates as well as acupuncture to enhance her treatment skills.
